Shipping Rates & Destinations
Standard Shipping:FREE on all orders within Australia.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $15.00.
International Shipping: We currently only ship within Australia.
Processing & Delivery Times
Handling Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched typically within 3-5 days. During peak gifting periods please allow a little longer.
Delivery Estimates (Standard): Sent via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location (please allow extra time for rural or remote areas).
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your artwork is shipped so you can follow its journey.

Every painting is handled with the utmost care. To ensure your artwork arrives in perfect, pristine condition, it is securely packaged using:

Damages & Lost Items
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damage immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at viviankohringartist@gmail.com so we can lodge a claim and resolve the issue for you.
