Because of the custom and high-quality nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Requirements: In your email, please include your order number, contact details and clear photographs of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
Once we review the details, if your refund has been approved you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process you refund.
